    Food was good! Took some out of town guest to the restaurant and they enjoyed all the items. The chicken was tender for all the chicken dishes (tandoori, butter chicken, coconut chicken). The beef rendang was alright. Nan bread was very fresh. My favorite was the rice pudding.

    Was told 15 minutes for a take out order and didn't get it until 40 minutes later when I finally went up to ask for the second time after they clearly completely forgot about me waiting there. Got to the car and it was cold. Too mad and tired to go back in. Wish I hadn't paid money for that...

  • Review of "Deer Lake Park" at Burnaby

    It's great for a relaxing walk or a run around the lake. Plenty of wildlife in the area, so you may see herons, turtles, owls or possibly a coyote or wildcat. Plenty of the benches around the park have great views. It's definitely a place I like visiting as often as I can. The sounds of planes overhead or depending on where you are, cars driving nearby can ruin the serenity, but there's no real way around that considering where the park is located.
