  Excellent facility with very good weight room, especially great squat racks. Front desk staff are very quick. Lots of cardio equipment too. Bathrooms could use an upgrade but overall I'm really glad this place exists. Cheap too!

  The pool can get a bit crowded, and the workout room is small, but it does the job. The front counter staff are touch and go. Some are polite but others that I have encountered seemed upset that they had to stop their conversations with each other to help me check in. It is centrally located for those living in the Metrotown area. If you are looking to get back into a physical exercise regimen at an affordable price, this is a good place to start.

  It's a great place for swimming, not a lot of peoples. Good and quick parking, but the washroom for swimming isn't cery clean. Most staffs are patient and nice, but aren't nice.
