  The BBQ is always amazing. There's a daily feature deal on the BBQ combos. Service is friendly and the wait for food is not long. I dislike the fact you have to pack your own left overs. Heinz ketchup packets kinda sucked. Wish there was a bottle. Parking in Hastings is horrible but there is parking in the side streets​.

  Big dishes for $17 that I can't even finish a combo. The BBQ rib is delicious, never expected that the BBQ chicken is so juuuuuicy. Come early, at least 2hrs before they are closed, coz I seen most of the smokies on menu which are sold out.

  Bottom line: brisket is the best thing in the menu. We ordered two sandwiches: pulled pork and potato salad and brisket with beans. And a chocolate milkshake. (They no longer serve milkshakes.) The shake was great -- not too sweet. The sandwiches were also great. I liked the brisket and didn't think there was too much fat (and not too little). I think the pulled pork was good, but not as good as the brisket. (And also didn't come with as much coleslaw on top as I'd like -- should ask for tomato or something on top next time.) Each sandwich was just under $11, and the final bill was $28 plus tip. I think I actually liked this more than going to Memphis Blues (although maybe because we had a more balanced meal here instead of a big plate of meat).

  I had the dinner combo of two choice meats. I went with St. Louis Ribs and BBQ Chicken. I haven't had chicken breast that moist and tasty in quite a while. I didn't really even need much sauce or rub, the meat was so good. The bottomless lemonade was nice and refreshing, too. The only knock was that the fries aren't really anything special. but I wouldn't let that get in the way of coming back.

  Stumbled across this little BBQ place while driving on Hastings. Comfy and fantastic service. Had the Combo with Brisket and Hot Links. Brisket was moist and tender, not a lot of smoke came through. Hot links were decent, great slaw. Not super authentic Southern Q, but better than most in the area.
