  Worst Possible Expierence in customer service!! The manager argues for 15 min over the phone when she messed up my order!! Thank you for all the cold pizzas!!! I will never be ordering again from this location or any other Domino's!! Papa Johns for the win!!! Also can't keep loyal customers happy!! We order over $100 dollars worth of food from here!! Giving them the 1 Star is being generous!!!

  Ordered twice since I moved to burnaby, and got great deals on great pizzas both times. The third time they forgot to put 2 of the 3 toppings on one of my pizzas. I called and was told they'd send me a new one or I could come in for a replacement later. I chose to go in later so as to not waste a delivery driver on a free pizza. When I went in, I was called a "BSer" and that the only guy working at the time has never said that in his life.

  We've ordered delivery from here a few times and if you order online, they often have really great deals. The drivers they send out are always friendly, the pizzas have always been on time, and they're actually hot when they get here. We like ordering a chicken based pizza with BBQ sauce instead of the tomato sauce. Last order, unfortunately, they went very skimpy on the toppings. Hope this trend does not continue.
