I go to this gym time to time but the staff always seemed to be very unfriendly and snobby! However, few days ago when I was there this personal trainer said hello and was quite friendly. I think his name was Jason or Justin. Anyhow, when I asked him about an exercise that I wasn't sure about he actually took the time to explain and showed me. Definitely admired his professionalism! ; )

Impressive community centre. In the lobby there's a cafe with prices on par with other coffee shops. A playground for kids under 5. Water fountains. Pool looked fantastic, but really packed. Upstairs, there's a great view of the pool. Cute dance studio. Most importantly - free wifi!!!
