  Was told 15 minutes for a take out order and didn't get it until 40 minutes later when I finally went up to ask for the second time after they clearly completely forgot about me waiting there. Got to the car and it was cold. Too mad and tired to go back in. Wish I hadn't paid money for that...

  Great place to take kids, burgers are delicious, great selection of food and drinks. We've always had good service here too.

  Burgers were OK and there's lots to choose from and they come with bottomless fries but you'll probably be too full to take advantage. The dipping sauces were good though. And I know its a chain but some more local beers would be nice.

  Horribly disappointed with what happened tonight. I ordered a burger wrapped in lettuce which came with the meat burnt! It's the only flavour I had on my tongue! I cannot believe it left the kitchen like that. On top of it, it was the second run for the kitchen which apparently could not get my order right the first time to begin with. Seriously? I was offered a soup as a side to my burger since I could not have the fries (allergies) and the portion size was ridiculous. I paid for burnt food with a thimble of soup. Why, thanks! Let me go back home so I can eat actual food because that's why people go to the restaurant, isn't it? Our waitress was fantastic but without the kitchen delivering the food right, I'm not going back there ever again.

  Always have a great dining experience here. The servers are nice and friendly. The place is pretty big so I've never really needed to wait for a table (at least at the times I've been there). Food is good as well. The restaurant does seem a little dated in terms of decor.
